CNC Technologies

VSE is using modern CNC milling and spinning machines. We are able to manufacture starting from prototypes up to high volume productions. Difficult materials can also be machined, as well as doing coatings like chromatating, anodizing, nickel-plating, silver-plating, gold-plating, painting , etc.

Our R&D department can support you in developing and designing your prototypes. We do construction drawings with modern 3D-CAD software

We also do complex 3D–contours . Our CAM-workstations converts your 3D-CAD-datas ( AutoCAD, CATIA, ProCon,…) directly in CNC-machine-programmes. That shortens the manufacturing time a lot, so we can manufacture complex prototypes within of a reasonable price and often within a week . In addition, PCB’s, plug connectors, badges and other bits and pieces can be supplied and mounted by us.
